Advantages & strengths

A personalized design. Maintenance reduced to a minimum without external parties (VGP). BEESAFE products are not MEWPs, so there is no need to obtain the CACES R 386. The adjustment of the platform is millimetric from the ground.

TÜV Nord is a global leader in independent testing and certification. A TÜV certificate is an assurance that a product has been tested according to an internationally recognized standard and that the results have been independently verified. TÜV Nord tests industrial safety barriers according to PAS 13 standards.

The British code of practice for safety barriers used in workplace traffic management. It also provides recommendations for methods for testing the impact resilience of safety barriers. It is a global reference for testing and installing safety barriers in the workplace.

Powerful

Debit —The AtomikAir®'s powerful turbines process an incredible one-million cu ft of air per hour. This makes it possible to improve the environment for a large volume space.

Circulation — In winter, the AtomikAir® quickly stabilizes warehouse temperatures from floor to ceiling, even with doors opening and closing. And, in the summer, with a deflector in place, AtomikAir® directs clean, cooling air into the workplace, improving working conditions.

High volume — A single AtomikAir® unit can maintain air quality for up to 40,000 sq ft (approximately typical warehouse 25-foot ceiling height). For larger spaces, multiple units can manage all needs.

Advanced technology polymer versus steel

Traditional steel barriers are expensive, difficult to maintain, and completely unsuitable for industrial environments. Conversely, A-SAFE protections are designed directly for industry.

Steel: not very compatible with factory safety

Steel safety barriers date back to the 1930s and were originally designed for road traffic. They have not evolved since then, and are still a cheap solution, but not adapted, and especially not designed to withstand the shocks of forklifts, which results in incessant and uncontrollable repair costs.

Recurring steel problems

Uprooting the soil

In the event of an impact, the steel barriers act as a lever, which has the consequence of transmitting a force greater than the pull-out values of the fasteners. The result is deteriorated concrete slabs, and significant repair costs. A-SAFE barriers absorb impact energy throughout the barrier, preserving the soil.

Rust and peeling paint

Steel barriers require permanent maintenance, which is costly in terms of time spent. The paint peels off and the barrier rusts. A-SAFE barriers are dyed in the mass, the color remains bright and highly visible and they do not rust.

Frequent replacements

Steel barriers are rigid, and therefore deform during an impact. They remain damaged, even after a small impact. The flexibility of A-SAFE barriers, designed to absorb and regain their shape after impact, simply eliminates replacement and maintenance costs.

Truck damage

Look at the condition of forklifts in factories or logistics warehouses! : they are often very damaged by the numerous friction or impacts on the steel barriers, which represents significant refurbishment costs, especially when the trucks are rented. A-SAFE solves this problem because Memaplex's advanced polymer simply doesn't damage anything.
