A warning line converted into a guardrail

Obviously, your needs will change over time. That's why we developed a warning line that can easily be converted into a guardrail thanks to 100% shared components. By replacing steel cables with our traditional aluminum pipes, we are transforming visual protection into comprehensive fall protection at a fraction of the cost! The transformation of a warning line into a guardrail represents a significant evolution for safety on construction sites and industrial sites. By converting the simple visual indication into a physical barrier, the protection of workers and visitors is strengthened. This adaptation improves the effectiveness of security measures by creating a tangible border between safe spaces and potentially dangerous areas, thus contributing to a safer and more reliable work environment.

VSS SAFETYLINE — compliant with the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation (RSST)

In this configuration, the VSS SafetyLine permanent warning line should have only one base per vertical post. Two bases per vertical post are required at the ends and corners only. The maximum spacing between two posts is 8′. 1 flag is provided per 8′ section. Additional flags are available on request to respect the distance of 72″ between the flags.

VSS SAFETYLINE — for OSHA

In this configuration, the VSS SafetyLine warning line should have a double base (100 lbs) at the vertical posts at the ends and corners and the maximum spacing between two posts is 20'.

To eliminate rust, which is inevitable with a steel base, or the risk of breakage of a concrete base, the VSS SafetyLine permanent warning line uses an eco-responsible and patented recycled rubber base. Extremely resistant to shocks and temperature changes, these 50 lb bases ensure maximum grip on all types of flat roofs.

Maintaining the integrity of the waterproofing membrane is essential to protect your building envelope. This is why the VSS SafetyLine permanent warning line is self-supporting: its base acts as a counterweight, allowing it to comply with permanent warning line standards.

Tested and certified protections
